Have you ever thought about the people behind head hunting? If there were people in the business world who are supposed to have a really great sense of smell and criticality of the mind, they would be the head hunters.
The head hunting stage is a very tedious process because this is the time when you get the chance to avoid non-deserving people who try to become a part of your business and discover those who can make great contributions for the betterment of it.
Different companies may implement different application and employment procedures, but their objectives remain the same; and that is to select the person to fill in a position who will assume a certain responsibility.
The process may vary from company’s visions and principles, positions to be filled in, set standards, among many others, and the head hunter, or sometimes the HR manager should be responsible for this. If the head hunter or the officer in-charge of the application is not capable of doing his responsibilities, then he would also have a hard time hunting for people who are responsible and productive. A lousy head hunter can also make the company waste a lot of money for paying someone who does not deserve the position.
With this, it is important that your company has a responsible, keen and dedicated head hunter. This is because he has the biggest say on who will be and who won’t be a part of the structure of your business.
